Driving to my place to buy a kitten, Gunnel was certain about one thing.
She was not going to buy a black tortiekitten. She bought two, Emma and her sister
Ida.
Emma and Ida
had a lovely childhood and were very fond of each other. One day Ida met
the neighbors black cat through the fence and got furious. This scared
Emma so much, she couldn't stand dark colored cats for years and the two
girls had to be separated.
Today Emma is a grand old lady more human than most cats. We even
suspect she can read, at least at food packages. She also knew for years,
when her pill was due.
